- Importance of requested work(s) in context of the exhibition
- Duration and location of exhibition
- Request for images needed for publication or online exhibition
- Facilities report

##  51-50 Weeks Prior

- Library contact follows up with the internal lender regarding and missing information or further questions

##  49-0 Weeks Prior

- Library contact stays in contact with the internal lender about major steps

##  4 Weeks (1 Month) Prior

 Library contact confirms that:

- Certificate of insurance has been received
- Loan agreement is completed and signed by borrower and lender
