#  Incoming Loan Agreement 

 



The [Incoming Loan Agreement](https://harvardwiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/HLPP/pages/149127935/Exh%20Loans%20HUID%20Only%20Documents?preview=/149127935/149127964/Incoming%20Loan%20Agreement%202014-07-10.docx) is a standard agreement between a library and a private individual, another campus location, or an external institution. It should be used when the library is being lent works for an onsite exhibition and the [lender](/glossary#lender) has no agreement. All conditions outlined in the agreement have been approved by the [Risk Financing and Insurance](https://rmas.fad.harvard.edu/rmas-functional-areas/risk-financing-and-insurance) department and the Office of General Counsel. Because the agreement contains sensitive information, access to this form is HUID PIN protected.
